In reality cause it is! To me and people that truly appreciate the meaning of boxing wether Chinese or just the sport itself, there’s levels to things, and Bruce Lee by far IS STILL on top! Not speaking from the heart just honestly! The man had Floyd Mayweather defensive skills and just with that is enough for me to have him top 3 ever! Now add to that all the EXTRA shit he did, he took the mentality of boxing and applied it to his whole body! He really can’t be touched, not saying it’s impossible but virtually it is, and as me classifying as Floyd as the greatest defensive boxer and overall greatest boxer ever, I have to give credit where credit is due! I could be wrong but I know I’m not when I say that Bruce Lee was legitimately better overall in boxing defense than Floyd, so now just imagine all the shit he was able to do in his prime

For all of Eddie's shortcomings and crazy theories, I think he's a great dad. He's doing the right thing by waiting to introduce Bruce Lee to his son, it's best to do it around the age of 6-7. That way their mind will be completely blown away and they'll remember it for LIFE. I saw my first Bruce Lee movie at age 6 and I was BLOWN AWAY. It would become the foundation for my entire life, when I won my first championship I dedicated it to Bruce Lee, the rest is history.

Ali and The Gracies are great but Lee was the most influential. Not to account his philosophy of life and work ethic. But MMA is JKD. Without Lee there would be no mixing of styles and techniques. The Gracies may have started UCF but the sport has evolved (and continues) and Lees philosophy is the reason. The world still talks about Lee and Ali to this day, but Lee was a force beyond anything we have or will see again.

@@lightlysal nobody has time to do that when mma and UFC are blowing up... Fighters are getting paid more thsn ever before. There is a lot of incentive to be the best. You cant compare athletes in sports from different era especially when it was very new during bruce Lee's time. Look at basketball or soccer the legends that dominated in the past were ahead of their time but they trailblazed the path for future athletes of their sport. Skill gap was larger because cross training MA wasnt popular back then

very true, in real life bruce le could one inch punch him in rib and probally break his ribs and also open his organ, its actual real science, no lie. also beat TYSON, ALI, AND EVERY FIGHTER, KHABIB, ALSO MMA FIGHTER at same time. not eggzageration.he just too powerfull. he catch bullets to so dont think gun could kill him. only way to beat him is to tie him with chains lots of times then shoot him with sniper guns. even then who know? very fast no one can catch him not even guns. bruce could also kill gorrilla but it would make him do hard fight work. he would sweat but still kill it. RIP BRUCE!!!!!!

I used to be so into Bruce Lee I went to school with Kung Fu clothes on, no joke haha. I didn't give a sh*t what other kids thought about me. I used to read all of his books and did everything he did - literally. Training Kung Fu every day. Until I got into girls and party and I forgot about it. I lived this stuff man. If I had this dedication today on serious stuff god knows what I would have accomplished. Children have serious superpowers. I miss my younger self.

Joe Rogan doesn't understand what made Bruce Lee on film so compelling. It wasn't fancy kicks or punches but the power, magnetism and charisma behind simple kicks and punches. There were guys back in the 60s and 70s that could do much fancier kicks than Bruce Lee. But that wasn't the point. That's not what Bruce was going for. He could do a simple punch and make you go, "Whoa!", because it was so dynamic.

Major Marketing. LIFE doesn't have a EASY button. Games are for kid's. When Eddie gets all stupid on joes podcast drunk ... it is idiotic and even eddie admitted on Alex Jones "info wars" that he was being a drunken fool. His passion is obvious but his lack of facts will overshadow that

Who gives a fuck what you like ? Like you dictate reality . Eddie just doesn’t have the ability to articulate , or source the facts he speaks on . Common issue with a dabbler , but his common sense and gut feeling is on point. But you know otherwise because ... you browse social media , binge watch Netflix , and catch ball games wth your free time ? 😂

Bruce was not the first to mix martial arts. But he was the first to truly do it and piece all the different philosophies around those arts together. Practitioners before him might've mixed a couple arts, but that was it. Bruce Lee actively researched as many different martial arts as he could and lived by his philosophy of taking what works for him and ignoring the fluff.

I loved the entire Bruce "initiation" story. I am 53 years old now and can still recall the first time I was blown away by "The Big Boss" way back in 1971.Been a lifelong fan since.Much as "The Way Of The Dragon" may not be up to par with "Enter The Dragon" in terms of quality-It's a total Bruce Lee production(wrote, directed, starred, music score percussionist...)and the fight scenes showed the Master and his incredible speed and accuracy. It's an essential viewing to old and new fans of The King of Kung Fu.

Have a look at IP Man to see who Bruce Lee learned to use whatever worked, from. "Ip Man, also known as Yip Man,[2] (Chinese: 葉問; 1 October 1893 - 2 December 1972), was a Cantonese martial artist, and a master teacher of Wing Chun. He had several students who later became martial arts masters in their own right. His most famous student was Bruce Lee."

Mr Chrysler lol, Bruce Lee didn't learn how to use everything from ip man. Ip man was a wing Chun purist. Bruce did not like the wing Chun stance and thought it too static which is why he combined other styles and made his own "style"(of no style lol), known as Jeet Kun Do. Ip man did not teach him that, it was all Bruce.
