Besides all that.. Yes Joe was so right on the last minutes about everything. I had suicide thoughts every single day n night because I couldn't handle my fuck ups and failures in life and the current situation I was in was horrible.. But then I smoked some weed and it cleared up my mind "like how stupid do you have to be, to think of killing yourself about something so minor in life is a good idea? . It's not the end of the world and I learned from that stuff.. So maybe I should just keep on moving and try to change the stuff that bothers me" After I found inner peace with myself, death and the universe.. I felt the best since a long fucking time.. And I know life can be brutal and unfair.. Devastating in the most fragile times.. But as the famous Rocky quote goes "it doesn't matter how hard you can hit, its more how many hits you can take and still stand up after that" (or something similar) but yeah.. That my key to happyness.. Accept that you're not in control of everything, but you can make the best out of it

I was actually really taken aback by Joe's speech at 10:16 onwards. In particular: "Nobody gets it right the first time." That really hit home for me. I've had a lot of wasted opportunities in my life that, truly, only *I* am responsible for - because of my own incapability. Nobody else is to blame. And in my life, I've either tried to blame someone else for them or I've beaten myself up over it excessively. Always one extreme or the other. What Joe said made me realise that, actually, when I just accept it's my own fault and I focus on making myself a better me from now, in the present, there's a lot of peace in that. A lot of room for growth and development. Potential too. Never done DMT myself, but Joe Rogan was my DMT during this video.

Wishing you the best brother. Taking ownership of the hardest moments and biggest mistakes and letdowns is one of the toughest things in life to truly do and accept. But when you do it also provides freedom and puts the control of your life back in your hands. I'm starting an ig page which I will be posting soon based on personal development and growth, inspired by similar moments in my life. If you are interested, follow superselfversion and I promise you I'm there to give as much value to readers as possible. I've spent months planning content which I will start posting by this month end and on a daily basis. Well wishes.

What 99.9% of the world don’t know is that the same island that him and mike went to “Antigua” is where Mike’s father is from and is also where I’m from. Mike never knew his father but me and my father knows him. My father was a personal friend of his and he’s talked about mike and how he abandoned him when he was kid. Mike was actually and “unintentional” kid he had. He has around 30 different kids around the Caribbean and America. His father ended up passing away with sexual transmitted diseases. I grew up on that island for 20 years so I know what I’m talking about. His father looks almost identical to mike as well. If anyone who knows mike ever saw him you’d see the undeniable resemblance.

Rogan was referring to 5-MeO-DMT at that point. The substance that he’s famous for talking about all the time is N,n-DMT, aka DMT, which he seems to do frequently. DMTis what Terrence McKenna also talked about so much. It is the visionary component of ayahuasca. 5-MeO is far more obscure and was barely known, even among hardcore psychonauts, until very recently. 5-MeO and DMT are closely related chemically, but they are nothing alike experientially. DMT is extremely visual and at high doses often involves encounters with spirits or entities. At its fullest expression, 5-MeO is full ego dissolution and transcendent union with God/Creation/Source/Divine Consciousness/whatever language you want to give it. It is an ineffable experience of the soul and a knowing that truly cannot be communicated through language. As powerful and mind-blowing as DMT is, 5-MeO is far more profound in my experiences with the two molecules.

When one says "DMT", that typically refers to N,N-DMT (what Joe talks about later in the video). What Henry is talking about - "the toad" - is a different substance, 5-MeO-DMT. While these substances share similarities, they are also incredibly different and also have dramatically different safe dosage ranges. Saying this, because the video title definitely confuses the two, and the video itself doesn't really clear it up either.
