I saw John Witherspoon at the Ybor City improv. He went on for hours. He seemed to run out of gas towards the end and it was like he was having a funny conversation with people in the audience while the rest of us watched. He talked about Ice Cube helping his retirement with all those fridays movies. It seemed like he really did not want to end it and it was thoroughly enjoyable. He was a great performer.
