born in the 80's so i can say that they really did a great job on the 90's retro. sm has always been incorporating the 90's on their artist and shinee even had an album in 90's retro. maybe because sm started during that time or the 90's in general is the most lit year for music. the way different genre had their time to shine from backstreetboys to spice girls to jamoroquai, alanis morisette, smashing pumpkins, puff daddy, dr. dre, which carried over in the early 2000. the way they made music then is sooo much better than what i sometimes hear now. but then again i may be old that is why today's music doesn't appeal much to me. good thing there is nct.

Nct is definitely an all ages appeal which is why I appreciate their diversity in concepts so much. Dream worked hard to appeal to pre teens and 00 kids, nct u in their debut era was very modern and mature, 127 is more global/all ages in approach. They really try to hit every corner. Theyve done so well.
