The fact that you don't know any of the RWBY voice cast isn't surprising, the main cast is made up of Rooster Teeth employees, only a handful are professional VAs. The main 2 in this trailer are Lindsay Jones, who voices Ruby Rose and Kara Eberle who voices Weiss Schnee. The other 2 who you see briefly are Yang Xaio Long, the blonde who is voiced by Barbra Dunckleman, (or PUNckleman due to her love of puns) and the black and white wearing girl during the "Into the fray!" and "here to help (she said "Here to help") is Blake Belladonna who is voiced by Arryn Zech. None are pros, but all have improved their Voice acting skills since the series started, some also have roles in other RT productions. A few pro Voice actors who have parts in RWBY are Jen Brown and Vic Mignogna, Shannon McCormick. Jason Douglass Tara Platt and J. Michael Tatum, are in another Rooster Terth show called Gen Lock, there are probably some I missed.

I’m so happy RWBY is getting this much attention. First it was just an RT show. Than it got called an anime, getting Japan involved. Next thing you know, it’s a big hit around the world, has a deal with Hollywood for Ready Player One, has whole volume showings in theatres, a game, now a crossover with a popular franchise?
