I remember Martin Baker coming to our small town Pennsylvania church for our festival day, st. Luke, he played all the music for evensong with one of the most impressive improvisations on the final hymn then played an incredible recital all without music. There are few organists let alone musicians who have half the talent/intuition this man has. Truly lucky to have met this legend in person even though I was very young at the time it’s clearly made a lasting impression on me.

Wonderful! Also the organ in the Laurenskerk in Rotterdam is one of the finest for this kind of music. I would love to hear this on the real organ when it is restored an modernized with full electronics.
