I think the best missile for JS Zuikaku is either RIM-174 (SM-6) or S-500 Prometheus because most of the time your acv will be away from enemies. only aircrafts can get close enough to cause damage. so having a missile that can shoot them down from 8km is safe for the cv than having a normal missile which you will rarely use against enemies unless all your teammates are dead, or you are at a bad spawn location. but most of the time, you don't actually use it mostly...
