It was shown on ABC which Disney owns, it was shown during TGIF back in the 90s . Buena Vista is Disney . Great pick ups, I may have to buy them my self

The reason why there is no Disney logo on there is because those box sets were released through Disney's other home entertainment branch named Buena Vista Home Entertainment. Plus, Walt Disney Television was split into two divisions, one being named Disney Television Animation and the other being Touchstone Television, which in turn got folded into ABC Studios.

Here I am in December 2023 finally having ordered both of these DVD sets on November 29th. I got a good deal on them online at $9.96 each from Walmart. I watched this series on Netflix a while back to see if I still liked it, but back then I decided not to get them at $18+ each. Now I'm glad I waited. When I was a kid I loved this series. As an adult not as much, but there's the nostalgia factor that made me want to have these before they went out of print someday. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie (1995) Blu-ray and Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie (1997) Blu-ray both are out of print as of November 30, 2023. I went ahead and purchased a couple more of MMPR:TM from Walmart for $9.96 each as well. I couldn't get T:APRM since it is sold out everywhere online.

The series and characters are owned by The Jim Henson Company, while Disney handled distribution rights.

Oh wow. They've been repackaged. I should buy them from Amazon. The original copies have artwork on the discs but these have better packaging. I just might have to pick these up and keep my original discs in the new packaging Thanks for showing this

When they were first released on DVD, the discs were originally packaged in a digipack, almost like a digibook. They did the same thing with the first 3 seasons of The Muppet Show. I really wish Disney would release the last 2 seasons on DVD

Alex W I don’t mind so much that Disney reissued the DVDs in slimmer packaging, I just wish that they kept the original disc artwork. The white discs they use now are kinda dull
