Exactly how I do it. I have ALS and it affects my mobility a lot. I was left behind when I could stand up on a flat surface with two movements. Very sad but that´s way the life is

I'm almost there.. i'm a complete C7 and learning how to do all this... have you done any surgeries or got epidermal stimulation that has helped you at all regain your legs back by any chance?
