As I explained in a comment under the Crystal Crescents playthrough, seeing how you breezed through that mod made me really happy because it meant the level design was intuitive. However, watching you struggle with this mod *also* made me very happy but for very different reasons haha. Maybe that falling Clampy pipe entrance wasn't the best of ideas since for some reason they always move downward at an angle in the direction of the player. I was aware of how confusing the part in the forest level where the camera zooms out can be, but I've never seen anyone get crushed like that before. The ladder section in the tower was not an intentional SMB2 reference actually. My intention for this mod's desert levels was for them to fully embrace the dessert theming that the original game only hinted at, so I'm glad you picked up on that. In general this mod's beach and desert tilesets are probably my favourite NSMBU tilesets I've made. Just like in the forest level, I didn't know you could get crushed the way you did in the cave level lol. This video was extremely entertaining. Thank you for taking the time to acknowlede the design, music and graphics despite your struggles.
