I'm sooo here for it, it looks amazing!! And that eggroll especially was impressive I make nikuman from scratch, and the dough is really hard to work with when thin like that, and it dries out as you're making them so it's like too wet and sticky and then it's too dry and crumbly. And that's with gluten, doing it gluten free is really amazing. He's actually become quite talented through his experience making these videos. It's a pleasure to watch

ketchup1185 Ok, so first, we know the zodiac is just fairy tales, but it's fun so who cares. It's just a running joke on this channel, not a serious belief. As for being vegan, B12 comes from bacteria in the soil. When herbivores eat the grass, they also eat some soil and that's how they get their B12 to pass up the food chain. However, it's perfectly possible to get B12 from the same place the cows get it - bacteria. I have my own vegan B12 gummy vitamins which use fruit pectin to make them gummy. Vitamin A is extremely easy to get in vegetables, i had a sweet potato and carrot soup yesterday that had 190% daily recommended allowance of vitamin A. My vegan vitamins have zinc in them too, though it can also be found in many plants like grains, tempeh, tofu, nuts, legumes, etc. Amino acids are easy with complementary proteins, a meal of beans and rice has all the essential ones. The only part that's even slightly difficult is getting your ALA omega-3 to omega-6 ratio correct. But a tbsp of flax seed a day is easy to eat in a smoothie or even just throw in with your cooking sauce or soup as a thickening agent. You have no idea what you're talking about, and tbh you sound pretty triggered. Why are you even here with that negative attitude?

Maya -Gur I used to do that at my mom's house when she still lived nearby, we would do Friday Fry-days and try out new batters every time, tempura, cajun spiced, etc. We would dunk in pearl onions and cherry tomatoes, chunks of sweet potato and broccoli and cauliflower. Ahh, it was soo good. I miss that deep fryer, even if it took like an entire bottle of oil lol

Be careful with Shaoxing wine. They sometimes use wheat during the fermenting process. Dry sherry is a decent substitute though

The fermentation process makes the gluten particles break into such small pieces that it is safe to use for celiacs. Also the reason why soy sauce is safe to use. (I've had celiac for 30 years and also lived in China)

@@seamseams what? No. The reason most soy sauce has wheat is because it's cheaper to produce and not necessarily fermented. Gluten free soy sauce is just soy.

@@cesarl4794 The Finnish Celiac Society says that all fermented soy sauce is safe to use, even those made with wheat (which is the majority). So in that sense I also agree with you. Gluten free soy sauce is needed if you are especially sensitive or have wheat allergy.
