I knew I wasn't hallucinating when I saw this plane in Charlotte. I had just walked out my apartment to walk my dogs in the university area and heard this roar of what sounded like 2 planes passing over. I looked up and the first thing I noticed was the long wingspan, then looked closer and saw 3 engines on each wing. That's when i realized what I was looking at.. the Antonov 225. A rare sight to see. It was no more than 3,000ft. in the air but still gaining altitude. I was fascinated to see it in the flesh. A short lived moment I'll never forget. Hopefully they'll complete the unfinished one that's been stored away and we'll see it take to the skies like this one once did.

WOW I have yet to see one of these BEAUTIFUL GIANTS, I've seen a 124 and a C-5 but those aren't as rare nor as spetacular as this beast, what was it there for ? Also this a great video, and it used very little runway.
