AN-225 Taking-Off

Thanks for the video. I have seen the An 225 personally first time at Airport Karlsruhe-Baden-Baden a few years ago and was very impressed about the large size of this aircraft. Up to that time I did not know that the An 225 is larger than the Airbus 380 ... I could see the AN 225 at an overflight at aprox. 500m over the city of Rheinstetten, because the AN 225 was too low for arrival and had to gain power for increasing hight... lots of people thought that this plane had technical trouble.. .

It was picking up some China power plant turbines being repaired at Siemens.
