If Vancouver's ask was ASP then no wonder a trade with Detroit never happened. That was a total nonstarter. ASP is one of a small handful of untouchables, he's not going anywhere. It's for the best, anyway. I think Miller is decent value right now, but as he gets older that contract is probably going to be an issue. Plus, I'm not sure he'd be a good fit for the Wings locker room.
