SPV Parts 2021+ FORD RAPTOR OEM FOG LIGHT UPGRADE KIT WITH BRACKETS AND DIODE DYNAMICS SSC2 LIGHTS:
If you own a 2021 Ford Raptor and you were excited about the included Rigid Fog light kit, but were disappointed with the performance, you are not alone.
Rigid makes some of the BEST lights out there, but Ford unfortunately took the cheap path and only included some of the lowest power DOT lights available.
Well, we have a solution for you! This new kit includes special stainless-steel mounts that will easily attach to the factory housings and maintain that same stock look... however, you can replace those low power lights with High Powered Rigid SRM's, Baja Designs S2's in sport or pro, or Diode Dynamics SSC2's in Sport, Pro.
In this kit, you can choose between Diode Dynamics SSC2's.
Select from the list between various light patterns as well Sport or Pro versions.
Diode Dynamics SSC2 Sport's produce - 1,130 Lumens Each
Baja S2 Pro's produce - 2,898 Lumens Each
Note: these replace the DOT lights and are considerably brighter, but unless noted, are not DOT/SAE Street legal.
Adapters Included that plug directly into the factory fog connectors. No wiring needed.
The Standard (Non Amber) options are WHITE main lights with an Amber Backlight. Similar to the Rigid Radiance. The Amber Backlight is NOT powerful Enough to drive with. It is for effect. Like a parking light/Marker Light.
If the light selection says "Amber" then the main driving light is Amber, and it does NOT have a backlight. The main light is just Amber.
This kit includes:
2 Pairs of Sport or Driving pairs
4 SPV Mounting Brackets for the OEM Light Housings
4 SPV Extended Mounting brackets for the Diode Dynamics Lights for a rear Mount
4 OEM Conversion Connectors for the factory Fog Connections

Hey John. I'm wondering, were the stock Rigid lights adjusted upwards before doing the comparison shots vs the upgraded Rigid lights? The stock lights are known to be aimed too low from the factory, and I'm guessing that when the upgraded lights were installed, they probably were adjusted upwards at that time? Just want to make sure whether the lighting difference is really an apples-to-apples comparison is all.

Also if one is routed as fog and one goes to aux1 if the fog light is on and the aux1 is off does one of the lamp stays on for backlight?

If I get 4 diode backlight do I need 2 extra harness for the backlight adapter? Also where does it plug in to?

If you get the kit, you will have all the wiring you need to connect them all and it will combine and come out at the switch wires. From there, you can either connect it to a switch or add our marker adapter for $40 to connect them to the parking/marker lights.

@@jayse3625 nope. Just one. Keep in mind, there is one connection to that backlight. It branches /splits into 4 for all 4 lights.
