I have been struggling to do this right. Though I train regularly my legs, I find it hard to balance myself and confusing on whether to put my bodyweight on the front of back leg. My bodyweight (close to 200), makes it hard for me to handle this move. I appreciate your clear demonstration and hopefully after following your instructions I can do better in this move. Hi Terry! Thanks for leaving a comment! If you just started out building strength in legs, I would suggest that you put your body weight in the middle of front and the back leg. After training for a while and you’ve build up more strength, you can challenge yourself by putting 60% of your body weight in front leg to engage even more glutes. However, if you can do the latter right now with no issues, just keep doing it. 😉🙌🏻🙌🏻 keep up the good work!!
