adystef1 uppercuts are not allowed in Ju-Jitsu Fighting System, it’s considered a penalty. In Combat Ju-Jitsu it’s allowed.

adystef1 Combat Ju Jitsu is another style of Ju-Jitsu and the competition is also separated. What you see in our videos is Sport Ju-Jitsu (Fighting system, Duo system and Newaza/bjj ). Sport Ju-Jitsu is semi contact.
