Yep I was thinking about that case. It's amazing that in such a small town as Perth, it seems the corruption was (comparatively) actually worse and yet somehow so much more well hidden than in Sydney. It'll probably never come to light.

They're much like vultures circling around to make their next kill and don't care how many people end up homeless because of their callous actions. Nothing makes me happier than to see them bankrupted. And cops love people with money. So they look the other way when atrocities happen. If a case is "unsolved" for many years the guilty party is from one of these three groups(The Rich, The Military, The Police).

Right? I think the police did “know” that the real estate developer was probably behind it, but without evidence there was really nothing they could do. You cannot make arrests solely on suspicions or that you don’t like someone. It’s too easy to blame the police for not getting to the bottom of what happened. These crooks made sure their crimes could not be traced back to them…but they will roast extra hot for eternity in hell.

The Waxworks was open til 1am and being a wax museum was dark and not very busy so it was a popular meeting place for crooks and cops. One of my friends who was a stripper was a protected witness for the Wood RC so I let her stay at my place - she was murdered at the Pleasure Chest.
