Sounds like you also like making hug gifts. A hug for when you're not able to hug in person. All the yarn looks beautiful, my favorite colors are 💛💜💚💙 mine, my husband's wedding colors. You can keep the pattern and use your own hand dyed yarn you already have and give away the pink ones you don't like.

ok so 3 hrs ive been looking.....and i got no notification.....i taught myself to knit, my first project after learning to knit & purl was a shadow cable blanket....i was in waaaay over my head but i looked up every stitch and the whole thing is beautiful. i still have it too. and im also in alaska it was 41 here today.

You talk about having your China cabinet it just full of yarn and that’s all you got in. Well my bird passed away about a year ago and the big cage I had left. I just cleaned it up and it’s just full of yarn. Some people think it’s a little odd but well, it’s there for yarn for my book in memory of my Bird and she’d be happy about it

Good morning, Juan. I'm catching you on the replay. I bought that exact yarn and used 4.5 hook. I wanted to make a dragonfly shaw for my daughter. This yarn is beautiful but not recommended if you have to frog it 😊. No, I never finished the shaw because the tutorial I watched only showed the 1st 15 rows. So I have this beautiful yarn, but I don't know what to make with it.

@@janparker1150 Craig (Fiber Spider) has a tutorial for a dragonfly shawl. I've never actually followed that one but I've watched others of his and he takes you through every row slowly. Just like Juan, he's good teacher. Hope that helps.🤗

@janparker1150 Glad you found it. I only discovered Fiber Spider at the end of last summer. I live in the UK and we have Yarn festivals , big and small all over the country throughout the year. I went up to one in Newcastle and saw a gorgeous shawl that a lady on one of the stalls had made. My friend and I both bought a cake if the yarn she had used to make it and she said the shawl was called the Granny Virus shawl by Fiber Spider and there was on online tutorial. That's where I saw some of his other patterns like the Dragonfly shawl and obviously he does a Spider version too. He occasionally comes and joins the chat on Juan's channel. I think Juan might try to get him to come and chat on his Saturday lives if he can. Good luck with the dragonfly shawl. 🤗

I'm here! It is frigid here too but luckily no snow! DD today! I tried brown sugar syrup. It's three days of extra points for a purchase. Do you have the app? I'm too close to DD! Now if they sold yarn........! I like the ice yarn color you are using. I may have to find some. Mary Maxim must be snickering in the background lol.......send pink to Juan! You have to make the project because you need to learn to knit! Work on new knitting skills. My vibe for the colors is chocolate covered strawberries 🍓! I made a larksfoot scarf for a grumpy old man friend. A hat would compliment it. I did it in different skin colors! He's tall like you so it was very long with thousands of tails! If I had a china closet it would have Belleek and Waterford Crystal! Sorry I'm old fashioned!
