@@pauliedibbs9028 Not quite, this video shows mostly the Downtown area of Juárez, it's not completely safe, but it's not a cartel-occupied area, since Downtown is connected to many of the main highways, and is one of the most frequented parts of the city for tourists, so it's doubtful the police would let the cartels run it.

It's crazy how my neighborhood in Philadelphia, the Kensington section, looks way worse than Juarez Mexico! Mexico is way cleaner than my hood, my hood looks like a bunch of zombies with garbage everywhere. Charlie's been through my neighborhood a couple times he knows what I'm talking about. Mexico looks pretty nice, the streets are so clean and there's no drug addicts anywhere. Viva La Mexico 🇲🇽!

@@joebidet3606 Yeah I live in a cheap part of Florida and a 3 bed 2 bath 40 year old wood frame house is still 350k. That's rediculous. Juarez is very clean, no graffiti, no gangs hanging out on corners. It is relatively quiet. It puts many American cities to shame. It may be dangerous. But they keep a clean facade.
