The length of standard lot is 120ft. Look some Perry inventory homes sit on lot 60x120ft and back yard only less than 20ft left. Then set back 7ft. How to build the pool in 13ft left lol. I think it should be at least 125ft length by default

I see current section and up coming section are too close with highway, future appartment and future commercial (not sure - Johnson alway change, look at Cross Creek Ranch Fulshear)... is good?

tax 3% is too much. I wish I never bought at the Meridiana. Worst over priced community.

Agree, if I didn’t care so much about school districts right now I’d definitely pick one with lower tax rates!

I considered meridiana a few years ago before deciding to buy on the groves in humble. We have our complaints here But the location is excellent. What’s the issue with meridiana?

@kitbiggz6135 there was not any flooding in the area of Cypress I am. However I did see some areas that got hit pretty hard.
