this is true in regards to Synch, he was often able to do things with others powers that they didn't even know about. but in the case about Jubilee's ability to detonate matter at the subatomic level, he was informed and instructed to do so by Emma frost as according to her Jubilee was too afraid to do so herself. in other words, jubilee was at least semi aware that her powers could be far more powerful than she used it but consciously held herself back using her powers at anylevel beyond the lowest levels.

@@singletona082 that is the coolest part of her. she has all this power but she has the control to only use it at like 3%. sure many good mutants hold back a lot but i would imagine they using their abilities at like 60% or maybe even 40% but jubilee? she's is definitely holding back nearly all of her powers using it to do just the most basic such that she is able to do those kinds of things. I imagine that at this point she must be like an athlete who is practicing with weights on. so once she does finally let go its just BOOM.

She didn't regain those powers until Kid Omega burned off the last of his Phoenix power to save her. She lost all the vampire powers once she was turned back into a mutant. I don't think she wears the Wondra suit since she left the New Warriors. This video really mixes all her powers she's had at different points in her life

I think it's more about where a character is mentally. As a kid stealing in the mall and being a showboat, Jubilee is the type that will dazzle with her powers and use for distraction. Not the type to hurt people. She'll still have that mindset as a kid even with all the battles as an X-man. But basically being a child soldier would wear on a person and make them jaded. All characters are telekinetic and/or telepathic. They are just themed. Jubilee is similarly themed to Boom Boom who is similarly themed to Gambit. All move atoms to make explosions.

regardless of what rating her powerlevel end up being, it is pretty established that jubilee has literally only ever once unleashed her powers on the top end of her abilities. she nearly always uses her abilities as the lowest level she can, this would be like storm only using her powers to make small gusts of wind, or nightcrawler only teleporting 2 feet at time. furthermore i'm pretty sure the sinister is invulnerable against most mutant powers except for the summers. So saying that he is able to swat aside her powers doesn't tell us all that much as he is invulnerable to most mutant powers and she is a mutant and not a summers, so it stands to reason that he would be invulnerable to her powers.

I have always loved the paring of Wolverine and Jubilee Lee. Some of the fan fiction stories that were written over the years were pretty good as well. But I have to say, that for all the talk of how people complain about how Over Powered Wolverine “supposedly is in their eyes”. After watching this I would say to all of them, to go get their eyes and heads checked! Look at her. Jubilee went from teenage mall rat who’s powers basically surmounted to a little more that a fire works show and some brilliant pyrotechnic light blasts with a little bit of a punch to them. To now she could level a planet and make her self intangible. Her powers from what you all have stated have actually grown exponentially. Jubilee has become an Omega Class mutant and I don’t think anyone has even realized that she has. Yeah, Wolverine can or could have killed almost any one out there. But he is neither not considered an Alfa or Omega class Mutant. Hell he his barely considered above a Street Level Hero officially. Yet he is over powered. My God! Jubilee is a walking plant killer that goes around chewing gum, hanging out with her kid, and Wolverine. The funniest thing is and another thing that none of you realized is Jubilee has become either super Long lived, or immortal. Why do I say this? Because, she was surviving as a Vampire by using Wolverine like a Capri Sun. Do any of you know why the Vampire’s want Wolverine? Well Dracula and maybe his kid? Well??? The answer is Dracula believes Wolverine’s blood is possibly a cure to his “SUN” problem and true un-cursed mortality. For all other vampires though his b is a poison and it will eventually kill them after a meal or two, due to his healing factor. Yet, here was Jubilee drinking him like water. Wolverine protects his blood even more fearlessly than Banner does his Gamma irradiated blood. Why, because his blood can cause anything from normal people to become mutated, give mutated people healing factors, bring people back from the dead if they a just dead, be used to mutate mutants, kill people, or in the case of vampires either kill the children, or allow Dracula to rule the world. Yet, Jubilee drank Wolverine like water. Just a vile of Wolverine’s blood has created half of the Weapons X program’s subjects. Where talking Maverick, Deadpool ((Yes, that 4th wall breaking jerk.)(Yeh, I am talking about you rejecting from a dried prune factory for a face.)) just to name a few who have been blessed or cursed by Wolverine’s blood. Yet Jubilee drank from him like water. So, basically what ever they gave Jubilee to supposedly cure her was not true. It was actually Wolverine’s blood that transformed her and did something else. But everyone who has the X gene reacts differently to his blood. But they all do get on common thing, some form of healing factor. But as a vampire who drank from Wolverine and didn’t disintegrate she has become what Dracula wants to be. What the extent of that is who knows. But she is definitely Omega level if not scarier.

Not even a township. maxed out, maybe can destroy the area of a 1 - 2 city block radius, but that's it. the writers never fully developed or went in depth with how she can boots her power levels.

she has the power of a atomic/fusion bomb. she can destroy far more that a couple of city blocks. her blowing herself up in a space ship from space large enough to be seen on earth as a rather large luminous star say quite a bit. the atomic bomb on hiroshima was a very weak atomic bomb it's exploded with only 15 kilotons of equivalent TNT. the complete fission of 1 kg of nuclear matter produces about 17.5 kilotons of TNT equivalent explosive energy. The hiroshima bomb alone devestated the entire city and far beyond, and it was extremely weak. what Jubilee did on that spaceship puts our most advanced and most potent nuclear bombs to shame. that said you are probably right about her not being able to take out a planet, certainly not easily and not without having to be actively going at it for quite sometime. i mean she could probably do so eventually but that would almost certainly take a lot of time. i certainly dont think she could just snap her fingers and denotate an entire planet.

I used to read comics in the 90s and one of them was Wolverine. Don't remember the issue but I believe it was after Magneto had remove Wolverine's adimatium (unsure of spelling) bones. I remember a moment when Jubilee found her parent's murderers and did a jumping double split kick to their groins simultaneously, it's just a cool moment that has stuck with me.

I think the reason most of fans think she is weak is because she was still young at a time she joined the X-Men TAS. She lacked fighting experience, and the show treated her as a kid (under 18 YO). That's how people registered her image as a kid who always stays at home when the team is out for mission. And in the comic, she was always the one who was kidnapped, depowered, turned vampire. She was a victim in many big events. Even though, she has been portrayed as a strong character in the comic nowadays like the walking nuke one. (We knew this since Emma told her in Generation X like in the 90's but the comic just gave an opportunity to her to use this power in like 20 years later LOL) But I think it will take so much times until we have a new image about Jubes that she is really one of the strong X-Men members. To be clear, I have been always her big fan since the 90's and I always wish the X-Men franchise (comics, animations, or movies) to give her a major role and utilize her potential more than what franchise using her in the past 20 years.

Then around 9 years old it was Morph, then Forge and after 11 years old it became Mystique, followed closely by Apocalypse around 19 or 20 and now Deadpool version 03 (post becoming a parent Deadpool basically) and that's been my favorite now at almost age 40... dyscalculia is like dyslexia with numbers. One of the biggest issues is being able to visualize numbers in your head and memorization. I still have problems with people when the give me their phone number or resighting serial numbers. I'm like slow down, they all sound jumbled together.

I'm not dyscalculic(?) at all, but I do have a pretty bad memory; one thing I find that helps me to remember strings of numbers is to picture a standard keypad (789 in the top row, 456 in the second, 123 in the third, and 0 at the bottom). That way, rather than remember the actual number, I can connect it to the path you trace while typing it, which I find easier to recall.

In one of the very first issues of Generation-X, the writers actually put in print that she might well be one of the most powerful mutants on the planet....yet we still have never really got a sense of just HOW powerful she could be, even after getting vampiric powers.

I kinda got a hint Jubilee would get a power boost one day, because the writers seem to be using the ugly duckling trope on her (ie. she will unleash her true power). And then there's the Dark Phoenix saga, and from that I knew the writers have that itch of power boosting characters like in Dragon Ball Z and many other heroic comeback stories.
