It actually *IS* more of a flexibility thing. And as they say, it feels a lot more like giving one than getting one, so it's incredibly meh (who is _they_ in this scenario? me I guess..? that's weird). And regardless, you're stretching about 96% as far as your body can go, so it's not exactly comfortable. You're not really missing anything. It definitely hasn't really ever come in handy.
