I'm mtf trans, and I came out as trans, after 27 years of avoiding anything that made me seem feminine. Including males, unless I had a reason to engage with one. Once I began transitioning, I chose to tell my siblings about my boyfriend, which was my own form of coming out. I think alot of us end up coming out multiple times, because we feel this need to announce these things. After telling my siblings about the guy I was with, I've decided that my sexual orientation is nobody's business but my own. (as I proceed to tell the world. Lol)
