Brazilians don't consider themselves as latinos. Even USA consider only hispanics as latinos, the american census doesn't include brazilians inmigrants as a latin people.

Even if we consider latino, its a word that isnt common in our vocabulary. I see the idea you have in USA about who is latino is wrong. The term latino means in its formal definition who comes from latin america, but you misundestood it as hispanic.

I just realize also that she also said "Latina" with a spanish accent. Brazilians often will have a "tch" sound on the T like you can hear the other brazilian use and vogals sound softer. Spanish will sound Laah+TÍ+na, in brazilian portuguese is like La+tchin+a.

I'm not even Latina but I knew within the first second I seen Elysse that girl was the mole. She was entirely unseasoned and it's so obvious the only way I thought it couldn't be here is if she was purposely added as a red herring. The fact that she even needed to clarify in her intoduction that she was of German descent (it's pretty much understood as far as I know that Latinos can be white, black, native, mixed etc.) like I don't feel a real Latino would jump to justifying why they looke the way they do.

I literally met a Filipino American girl who told me she never learned Tagalog or any of her parents languages because she said her 2 Filipino parents each spoke different dialects that "they couldnt understand each other" & they resorted to English as their lingua-franca. 2 different Filipino dialects still have the same root & English originally is a western language, not theirs so how can they understand a language that's completely culturallly more foreign than a language from their own island country?
