Hey, I was having a panic attack like 10 min ago because i have a court case in 12 days and your video helps me a little so thank you. I just wanted to share i do not know why but i really need to tell somebody i have never experieced panic attack or anxiety before, i am a very extrovert and loving person so it is new for me. If you have same issues please know that you are not alone. I feel alone right now but i know that i am not. I really do not know why i wrote these i think i love oversharing haha whatever i love you and thank you for your amazing videos🥹🫶

You're gonna be okay! Just remember people go to court every day and they make it out okay, you can do it :) Panic attacks are a very scary thing, especially when it's your first one. Don't forget to focus on your breathing, take slooow deep breaths to ease anxiety. I know exactly how it feels so I'm sending big hugs. You're going to do great, don't forget that ❤
