Day should get some credit for the changes with the team this year. Dont know if I agree with saying they were forced on him by other people like Chip. I feel like Day just took a hard look back at what hasn't worked and went to people like Tress and Urban for advice. I think the changes are 100% him. Great show!

Jeff neither of us called Ryan Day the man soft. Nobody said his methods weren't effective. But His RT just confirmed that he never got tired during practice before. This on top of allegations from former players that it was being run in a very different way than ever before. Much lighter practices etc. I did not believe it at the time. I can't ignore Fryar's comments here. You are free to if you want. That was a RT competing for a starting job. That's an incredible claim. The good news is, it isn't a problem anymore so there is no need to argue about it.

Bro there are a lot of weak teams in the conference. They choked against Georgia and looked like dogwater against Mizzou. I think that the program was soft and josh Fryars comments confirmed it for me.

@@JuckOnBucks Not meant to be argumentative, just believe Fryar's comment has been completely overblown. At no level of any sport do you not "sweat" during a practice session. Was there a different level of intensity? While certainly possible, (based on his comment), I can only believe that it was taken far more literally than it was meant to be taken. I have simply become tired of the narrative that this team has not been coached hard enough. You don't achieve the level of success they have under Day's tenure without highly competitive practices. We'll just agree to disagree and I'll continue to enjoy your shows. Go Bucks.
