This song literally saved my life. I was at dark end. I had given up,the abuse at 16 yrs. old had taken out of me what I had left. I turned on the radio and this song began to play. I started to feel new life in me,and I wanted to fight back. I pulled myself together because of this song. Thank you J.P.

Never give up ! Despite all the lies and all the evil entities that infiltrate our lives believe that there is a God who loves you more than you could ever imagine. I recently heard an interview that Rob and Glenn were in from 1977. The interviewer asked, how would you describe your music? To which Glen replied it’s Priest music about Good versus Evil.

Been a priest fan since the Rocka Rolla days. I was and am blown away by the fact that the first time I saw the Metal Gods Live was 1986 and the show blew my 16 year old mind. Then 10 years later I went to the "Operation Rock-n-Roll" concert that had Motorhead 1st-then Alice Cooper 2nd and then Priest. While it was an incredible show all the way thru, Judas Priest was actually better than the first time I saw them. Finally, I was lucky enough to be able to go to the Judas Rising, 30th anniversary tour which had Queensryche play a kick ass opening set. The Metal Gods have earned that title as, unbelievably, in my opinion they sounded better, heavier, tighter, played for over 2 hours and played songs that covered the legendary bands entire songlist. They opened with the new [at that time] Judas Rising, played classics such as breakin' the law, another thing coming, heading out to the highway. Played mind crushing versions of their Hell Bent For Leather, Living after Midnight,,Electric Eye, Screaming for Vengance. All of these tunes came and they kept at it like the beasts they are, Victim of Changes, Metal Gods, Diamonds and Rust came and went and still it didn't stop as Green Manalishi, The Ripper, and unbelievably, Rocka Rolla and one of my all time favorite songs "Beyond the realm of death" were played. They then brought the crowd to a level Ive never experienced at any live show by ripping the crowds heads off with songs like, Painkiller, Nightcrawler, Hell Patrol,Ram it Down and just about every other tune you could imagine. I wish every band was able to play live in front of me 3 times from age 16 first time until 38 the 3rd time and was better every time out, That's what makes The Beast, Metal Gods, Masters of Metal, The Legendary Judas Priest a band that will still be relevant to the Metal world 50 years from now. I'd be 93 then, and if the Priest wants to play a show, I'll be there, cane in one hand, beer in the other, singing out loud " When the day gos to sleep and the full moon looks, and the night is so black that the darkness cooks" Thank you Judas Priest for putting the soundtrack to my life. Kevin from Boston.

Unrated - Priest fans are giving me real hope for the upcoming generation. I posted this question on about 7 uploads, and EVERY fan loves the band and could care less about Rob's personal life. Rob had real guts, cause not only could he have ended his career when he came out, but he could have dragged the entire band down with him. They didn't know how the fans would react. I am so happy his fans and bandmates are such great people, and his sexuality is a non-issue. Cheers, Keiko in Toronto
