If you want my opinion, I'd prefer Rob without a beard.

@@azwris He needs it to make up for the hair, he'd look like an egg without it

@@FrancisTheBerd I know what you mean but he looks more of his age when he's shaved. And I do like his head shape. It's kind of unique and very Metal.

I've commented this before on another video, but I'd like for Rob to sing Painkiller with his normal singing voice without going for the high notes. Yeah probably it wouldn't sound a good, but in turn he wouldn't have a hard time singing. I'm just interested in knowing how it would sound. Deep Purple suffers from a similar problem

It's funny, you say that and all the other posters are saying he can't sing anymore. 🤣

This video has the merit of not being consensual 😂

I know! I know! He's 72 years old. He's singing flat and he can't find the keys.

He still has a ton of power in his voice. Impressive

@@whiteglovepc His high notes sound like clowning at this point. I'm sure if you try this song at karaoke, you'll do just as well as he's doing now. Literally nothing impressive.

@@SatEight ok buddy when you turn 72 after a lifetime of frying your vocal chords, I’ll ask you to stand up in front of thousands of people and try singing it lol. No need to talk shit about Halford

@@whiteglovepc I don't talk shit about Helford. I'm objectively evaluating his vocals at this point. His past merits have no bearing on the fact that he sounds ridiculous now. And it's funny to read admiring comments on such a performance. I'm sure that if the same performance was given by random Joe, the same people would laugh and throw tomatoes at him. But when legendary Halford gives this mess, everybody's eyes are blinded and they start to praise it.

I really wish they would just stop playing this live. Halford can NOT sing it and ruins the whole song, absolutely terrible

People who make this song their own ... wow ... I just cant stand such bullshit oppinions. Maybe he is not on his peak anymore but he does it very well. He knows it and said it many times that he is not able to sing it like he did in the 90s. He is honest. And still he got it to bring such an energetic performance. It is live, it is difficult, it is NOT your song that YOU created. People should be happy that they can hear it from the ones who invented it (even if Glenn and KK aren't on this stage). I'm really happy that they were able to release another incredible album with many songs that are keepers.
