Prayers that the so-called parents of the infant girl in the first case will see their rights terminated. I fear that child will have a childhood rife with not only watching her mother be ab*sed, but she'll suffer the same treatment any time she doesn't act how the father dictates she should. I get that the maternal grandparents want the placement of their granddaughter; however, they've already raised one daughter to accept ab*se from their partner. Absolutely sickening. The infant has already been hurt by the parent's relationship. She needs a fresh chance away from this "family."

Miss Villarreal would have done so much better in this situation if she fessed up to a bad decision. She’s handing evidence over anytime she answers a question. Her story is a wild one and doesn’t sit right at, I’ve taken old antibiotics but we’re prescribed to me, if never do that while pregnant and certain not brought it from Mexico 😂

Why? People, especially seniors, cross the borders to buy Rx's from Mexican pharmacies in droves or go to Mexican Dentists and Doctor's because it's cheaper.Never heard of anyone complaining about the RX's.Maybe you had a different experience?

It's baffling that women chose their abusers over their children. I'm a foster parent and my daughter's bio parents' rights were terminated for that exact reason. Mother violating the father's PO will get her rights terminated too due to not protecting the child from the violence. This is very, very common in Muslim communities sadly. Even if the husband/ father goes to jail, the wife/ mother continues contact. You'd think it would give them a good time to get away but they don't.

The only thing I believe from the second mom is the medication being laced. They are known for doing that. Their medication is cheap and to stretch it they add other substances. I think she cheated got an STD and didn't want the guy to know which is horrible. She should have told the truth and got the right treatment. She harmed her baby in the worse way smh.

I was watching one case in this video where the mom had 2 other potential fathers & didn't even know their first names, much less their last names or even where they were from! These women are having babies born in withdrawals with random men! When these babies are kept in the NICU for months & then to a special foster placement....guess who is paying for these services? The taxpayers! And, the need for taxpayer money doesn't end there....when this child needs special resources to meet milestones & when entering school...again, the taxpayers pick up the tab. People are free to live their life as they choose; however, they shouldn't burden the taxpayers with their poor decisions. I still say this is a reflection of the breakdown of morals & family...the fabric of society.

She was negative on UA's, but 4,000.in hair follicle which is a large amount if she is not using. Perhaps that is what they are basing it on?

I think what happened with the STD and antibiotics is this. She found out she (from someone else) and wound up with an STD but didn’t tell the father of her child. So she fed him the antibiotics hoping it would go away before he had any symptoms. Good thing he wasn’t allergic to antibiotics! Since he didn’t know, he didn’t go to the doctor on his own, otherwise the doctor would have written him his own prescription. Just a theory…

OnTropolis i hope you respond to this comment- Is there anyway you could post some cases from family court in Tennessee? Ive not been able to find any and would like to see how cases go in my own state, also to show my mom who is the guardian of a 2 month old.

I haven't found any consistent Tennessee family courts. I think I've only really seen parole board hearings.. maybe judge Wolfe actually I think is in Tennessee. I'll see what comes up!

Ohhh ya... cocaine in the antibiotics.. that happens all the time. I hate when drug dealers hide illegal drugs in my other legal meds free of charge. Too bad cocaine doesn't have very noticeable effects that would tell you your antibiotics might be something else. The story is preposterous either way.

I do not understand how people can be homeless but use marijuana. How do they get the money? Pretty bold Mr. Omar sitting right there on camera violating bond conditions, now off camera. I would love to know if mom is in hospital because of dad and why he got a year? How embarrassing to have your sex life problems discussed Livestream and have to show your face too? Putting antibiotics in her partners food? Weird. Marijuana should not show up in the 9 months later. Her excuses just do not fly. She does not know who she was with when she went out of town, no names, partner with STD but not cured? Poor dad. Dad is wearing rose colored glasses. Yes, dad is going to end up in court very soon as a result of his remarks. Mom medicating people without knowledge, STD s etc that child is not safe. Holy cow, cocaine of 4,000 and concern of ongoing exposure to the child , has to be mom. UAs may be negative but that huge hair follicle test is a concern. If her hair is exposed to the baby could be the problem.

100% Agree They were not witnessed by the medical staff who had the baby before placement and was watching for them... and could be other things. These brand new babies are a hot commodity so an issue like this, which could keep a baby from going back home, needs to be witnessed by medical professionals before it goes into court record.
