If they are telling other people what happened to them, it's because 1. They didn't trust you enough to tell you, or more likely, 2. They did tell you, but you wouldn't listen or didn't believe them. As for mom trying to break free, I don't judge her in that part. I know personally how hard, & scary, it can be. However, if your kids tell you SA is happening, you leave immediately & you call the police & file a report! Period!

That mother - you KNOW she is standing by that monster rather than her own children. I don’t trust her at all. Seriously hoping these children can work through their trauma but I feel like the mother is going to retraumatize them all over again if they’re ever put back in her care 🥺

It seems this mom needs to see her own worth to get away from him. He's the monster, he still has control over her from jail. She wouldn't dare speak up against him during those calls and release the dragon. Classic Stockholm

@ingloriousbetch4302 Жыл бұрын
@pattyconlon154 she has NO worth. None, whatsoever. She never will again, either. She should never be allowed to lay eyes on any of her kids ever again. Its not Stockholm and the vast majority of psychiatric specialists don't even believe that's a real syndrome, but trauma bonding is and it will still not make you sh*t all over your kids and praise your kids' abuser. Mom clearly fully supports the rapist and I'm positive she knew all along he was doing it and fully condones it. Even her own shrink stated she still doesn't believe those girls. She openly admits she loves passing him off. No one scared of their abuser would dare risk that. I don't buy she was battwred one single bit. F*ck her.

Thank you for editing and uploading this video despite the subject matter. These cases need to be seen, not swept under the hypothetical carpet. It's real life, and it happens too often. @ontropulous can you please insert the numbers for the domestic violence hotline and the Center for Child Abuse and Exploitation? Just a thought that might be helpful. Abuse is not okay. No one is immune from it. If someone is experiencing abuse, help and safety are available. 😞

That last mother is a piece of work. She can't stop lying. She isn't saying things to "screw with his mind" and be scared of him if he gets out. It's one or the other. Let's be honest, shes standing behind the monster that sexually abused her child(ren). WTF!?! She should never be allowed to see her children again. Just terminate rights, right now! She will never learn. Now that she knows her scheme to talk to without people knowing has been foiled she will play the game smarter. She already is talking about getting divorced for the appearance of it.

Mom should have filed Protection orders and completed cut this "man" off. The way she laughs and says she pushes his buttons on purpose is an indication that she isn't even taking this seriously. This seems like a high school dramatic relationship, but she has two young girls to PROTECT. If the guy is acquitted, then they can try to work it out. The number one concern should be her children. Period.

The testimony of mom's therapist is very telling about the dynamics between mom and her husband/accused child SA offender. He talks about 'lifestyle choices' and 'perceived power' and 'family systems focused around se%ual behavior.' Along with mom's testimony, it appears that mom is in a se%ual dominance/submissive relationship with her husband by choice. Adults can choose to do their thing in the bedroom, but when that se%ualy submissive role comes to skew your perceptions regarding your _kid's_ rights to their physical autonomy and safety in your home, you need to seek help to uncover how you allowed a predator in their midst and why you're so invested in protecting your own interests with him over your children. Adults who can't wholeheartedly validate a child's abuse allegations only further traumatize their children, who have already been horribly betrayed.

Bad news-- Mr. H is a [convicted] child SA-offender (which is why his attorney requested the stream to go offline when the judge began asking questions about why he said there are "hurdles" to allowing non-biological children in his home). This is one of the worst cases I've seen lately. Those kids are in a desperate & dangerous situation at every turn. Good Lord - Felt surging hope at the end, hearing bio-dad of the oldest 2 treats the youngest girl kindly & was including her. Just as I thought "Well why is there no suggestion of him taking in all 3?" they moved off YT for private discussion & my heart sank. Records check confirmed my fear - he's a [child] SA-offender. These poor kids. Pulled out of their home due to stepfather's SA & are close to being placed with a bio-dad convicted of the exact same crime. I understand the offender holds the blame, but a mom who not only willingly chooses to disbelieve their little girl's cries AND willingly chooses MULTIPLE partners who are S--Offenders is......well, I can't find a strong enough word for it, so I'll say 'beyond despicable to put it nicely.

And please don't tell my they are in the system and registered; they are not.

As a DV survivor my level of empathy for the children as well as the mom is so high its breaking my heart. People don't understand the emeshment and trauma bond that is created with an abuser. That's why women don't leave they've been trained that leaving is harder than staying and the world doesn't make it seem better sometimes because often your abusers has surrounded you with people who make you feel like he's not abusive. Your reality is so incredibly skewed. This is in no way to defend what she has done but to explain maybe for those reading how incredibly hard it can be.

If Dad wants his kid’s out of foster care because it’s what is best for them then he should be made aware that splitting the children up is not best interest and he should fight for all three kids. It sounds as if all the girls need each other even if the not his kid would be the most hurt. She may not be his kid but she is his children’s sister. The harm that comes from splitting children up is permanent and can cause lifetime attachment issue great than just being removed from offending parents. The negligent/abusive parent(s) can be more easily overcome with maturity alone than being ripped away from a sibling who did nothing wrong and can cause greater issues later in life if the “left behind” (for simple phasing) child fairs worse in life in the system than they did back with a parent.

@OnTropolis

I've made playlists for various judges to make it easier. When I'm able to easily find the prior cases, like multi part or when I'm following a case I do link them together. The problem is that sometimes I'm editing a docket and a case I previously featured comes back to court, and while I know we've seen it before I don't always know exactly where it was. These two were quite some time back and I'll be completely honest I can't remember what video. There's just too many to track unless they're on my calendar as continued or specific cases I'm intentionally following.

As someone who has dealt with years of gaslighting and had to fight to sort reality from the lies I understand why she is saying she wants to hear from her kids. When you aren't sure what is real and what isn't one of the first steps is wanting 1st hand accounts only and proof for everything. Now, I don't think that the kids should have to tell anyone anything that they don't want to, but I think that the therapist should have understood her desire to hear directly from the kids, but explained to her that she needs to start figuring out who she can trust and who she can't and learn better practices for figuring out what you are going to believe going forward.

My 3 year old is in ABA right now and he’s doing great! He’s an only child and we’re a military family so away from friends and other family. He’s learning how to play with toys, he’s vocalizing more, and they’re helping in ways we can’t as parents. Right now he just goes a few hours a day, but once he’s done with naps he can go up to whatever insurance approves (I thinks it’s 30-35ish hours). Not all are created equal but ABA has come a long way and is letting therapies be child led.

My daughter was getting older and already in school full time (30 hours a week) by the time we got through waitlists. They were offering 4 hours/4 days plus 8 on Saturdays (24 hours a week). The center was an hour away and I needed to provide all transportation (10 hours of travel time a week). That right there is 64 hours a week for my child that fully structured we were in a time where 9-10 hours of sleep was ideal for her age (so 63-70 hours a week) that is 127-134 hours of her week. That left her max 41 hours a week to spend time with her family, take care of herself and her space (things that took much longer than average at that point in her life), and find her own alone time to decompress because she is a child that needs her solitude. None of that takes into account that I’m a single mom with two other children, one an infant. This information is important because 4 days a week and 4 hours of time in center an hour from my home meant me and my other children had to figure out our after school evening routine (6hours) in a car nowhere near home. I was seeking in home support and that was an option except they said my home wasn’t a safe place to provide therapy because the worker would have had to park across the street in a parking lot because the provider would have to cross the street (insert eyeroll about adults unable to safely cross a street- ffs my 4yearold can handle it)- I even offered to park across the street so they could park in my driveway and they acted horrified I’d cross the street with my children. There attitude suggests I live on a highway😂 I live on a two lanes (total not each side) double yellow line road in a small, 3 traffic light, two small shopping plaza town. The speed limit is 25, you can see 2/10th of a mile each way. Sorry for the rant- what they wanted to ask of our family was too much when what would have actually supported our family was denied for that reason. My daughter needed family and to get support in family because family is ultimately the best support she’s going to have for the rest of her life. I’m sorry again but there’s so much to be said. I’m glad it has helped your family, I think that is a wonderful thing. That wasn’t my experience, it was going to separate our family and be harmful to my other children’s (and her’s honestly- that kid hates being in the car) well being.

I am shocked they would even consider placing his bio kids with him, considering why they’re in care in the first place! I wonder what would be more damaging, being returned to a mom who didn’t believe you about being SA’d, or being sent to a dad who is a convicted SA’er who apparently only sought custody after his kids were [allegedly] victimized by step dad? Is it worse to not be believed, or to be believed but everyone collectively decides they don’t prioritize your safety or care about the trauma of being separated from your little sister who is counting on you? If they’re safe and happy with their current placement (as happy as one can be, under the circumstances), and can remain there together-for Pete’s sake, leave them be! Supervised contact would be one thing, but now does not seem like the time for RSO dad to decide to be a custodial parent. Yikes, yikes, yikes!

Ok attorney - I understand the interrogation about her contact with her abuser, but don’t harass her about her sex life. As long as she doesn’t do it in front of the kids, all she needs to do is set boundaries with them. Judging her for spending the night with another man while the kids aren’t even in the house is just abusing her like her husband does. It’s over. Stop it.
