The prosecutor did put up both attorneys on the stand. I was watching the trail on television live and she the husband's layer and her lawyer whom they had during the family court trail. Both attorneys said the same thing that the family court judge didn't find Ashley credible. She lied under oath in the family court trail so the prosecutor use that info in Ashley murder trail.

Any person who punches holes in the wall and also takes out a firearm and shoots into the ceiling has very questionable self control. This indicates a possibility of DV. Just because someone goes back to a man after DV incidents doesn't mean the DV didn't happen. DV is a very complicated issue for both parties. I haven't followed this case so I'm unaware of all the facts.
