Second case: I think the plantiff was ungrateful. He gave you most of your security deposit back and give your portions back throughout your time there. Accept that you may have caused some damage and walk away with the rest of your money.

I think this is the first time that I've disagreed with judge Faith. This looked like a fair landlord, who didn't complain nearly as much as he originally should have prior to the court case. She ripped him, even though he had been kind to the tenant.

most blinds have a 5-10 year guarantee -- i've had blinds much longer. He tried to do a guy a favour and it ends up in court. This is brutal and bullying - Judge Faith should be ashamed of herself...just because he has a bit of money in his back pocket he is belittled... his property would have cost a lot more to repair and restore... but she was rude and arrogant.
