As a normal tax paying citizen try arguing in a court with literally any judge that you weren't properly served a subpoena when the opposite party literally has verification it was mailed to you and that you responded to the subpoena. @@davidditter2641 that’s thing, civil subpoenas aren’t able to compel someone in a civil matter. If you are a simply witness, nothing can be done. You can’t be forced to participate. If you are the defendant, you will simply have a default judgment placed against and you would automatically lose
