I disagree. Yes I believe that AM is the evilest, however in second place is the Judge, then the Qu. I say Qu is third because it is an alien species. Aliens are more likely to have different morals the. Is humans. Thus making our “evil” and their “evil” different from each other. From our perspective, what they do to humanity is cruel. However, in their perspective, they believe they are fulfilling a duty, a mission. Judge is eviler than the Qu because he “is” human. Despite this, he still goes way darker than any other villain besides AM. Because his morals are in perspective humanity.
