shakeel uddin it’s not but I’d think he’s a real judge however, the people are real but are told probably to act like actors or show more emotion in their arguments to him. The show pays off the ones he selects that deserves it. It does look fake but really it’s not. This is how court shows should go, half acting along with it being real, Jimmy made it 75% real, 25% acting/emotion from the people in the case.

chayimadinaandyael I don't believe in most lawsuits, I can only think of 1 instance where i requested my money back after a job done, (1 of hundreds, I'm sure, and that was an instance where i had to pay a second handyman to rip out the work before restarting a job. I didn't even ask for the money I paid to have the first job ripped out. It was shelving that the first handyman, for some strange reason, placed within an inch over my top loading washer. I couldn't do laundry...) But I digress. Marble is very expensive. Anyone knows not to use a sharp instrument to open a box containing marble. He not only scratched the expensive marble, he proceeded to install it with said scratches. That's bad. Moreover, if one does not request for holes to be drilled into a new vanity, (or even a 20 yr old vanity) don't drill holes into it. How does one cover up the holes that he mistakingly drilled into the unit? Putty? Um, no. He owes for both damaged products. This is the nature of being in business for oneself. Won't take long before one realizes that to prevent loss of revenue, one must be less careless.

To replace the marble and then the vanity would had coast her more then $2000 then she had to hire another contractor and goodness’s knows how much that person charged. If you’re about to do change anything in your home the requires a contractor ALWAYS do your homework. Talk to other contractors get different estimates. Make sure you see what they’ve done in the past. And most importantly make sure they are CERTIFIED , LICENSED and ENSURED. Those I think are the things anyone should do before Renovating anything in their home. 🍁
