I don't understand when anyone does it, male or female. It's a huge risk and the bad oftentimes far outweighs the good. A lot of times the children will automatically dislike you and refuse to give you a chance or get to know you because they see you as an interloper, and they always will no matter how nice you are to them. Not worth it in my opinion. Plenty of fish in the sea.

Totally agree... In an effort to be "inclusive" TV shows no longer promote traditional families. Despite evidence showing children from every other family type are at a significant disadvantage in every area of life, they continue to promote dysfunctional alterations of the family unit.
