I don't agree with what the Judge says about 'partying' after the sexual assault. That is spoken from someone who has never been sexually assaulted in a social settings. The first, FIRST response is to hide it. To try to act as if nothing is wrong and to bury it deep down. So no, the reaction would've been to tell her husband to go. The reaction would have been to try to act normal and yes, maybe even drink and get drunk to block it out.

However, her credibility goes to hell when her medical records indicate she was seen for/treated for a rash on her genitals/back and thighs DAYS ahead of this supposed incident. Get drunk… yes. Block it out… sure. But dancing and clapping and lying about her psychiatric history…… makes it all suspect.

You know how easy it is to accuse someone of serial assault. The judge had to be extremely careful and the eminence here showed the woman was deceptive. Many men have gone to jail because of these accusations and later seeing that she lied, the man os then released and nothing happens to the woman.

I noticed that. The woman said moments before that she worked in the medical profession. Then her husband just says I "obtained her medical records". I was surprised that the judge didn't ask how.

This case is old. Many years ago we didn't have HIPPA rules. It's crazy to think that a stranger could have ever been able look at your personal records

I looked it up. HIPAA was passed in 1996. This case is from 2001. So if the dude's wife pulled the medical records from working at a hospital or something, she probably violated the privacy laws.

I believe her, but I don’t disagree with the judge. A judge has to take evidence and make a decision. Unfortunately, she had none, & he had enough to show deception on her part 😔 I hate it for her tbh. I hate it for JJ to be in that awful position. I just don't get a good feeling that this woman is being honest that she was assaulted by her hubby's coworker. There's just too much other info, including the fact she had just seen a Dr before the party that reported she had a rash, redness, etc around her genital area, back, etc. And to be so deeply traumatized yet not go home right after seems very odd to me. She continued to laugh, party, and have a great time for several hours after the jet ski ride!! That's not serious trauma from a SA. It's just not.
