Pertaining to the friends with the loans: my best friend is rich. She covers a lot of stuff when we travel (tickets, meals). I ALWAYS pay her back. It would never occur to me not to. If it’s something I won’t be able to reimburse, I decline. It’s not that difficult.

But I cannot say for a fact “Jane Doe has never been SA’d” and neither can you because we don’t know that. She may have been assaulted. But not by these men, on that day, in the way she described. I don’t believe the details of her story but that doesn’t mean I cannot believe she was an SA victim from someone(s) else. This is not a zero sum situation that if Jay Z didn’t rape her then no one did.

He is right that if he makes a payment on her account the bank won’t give him a receipt. I’ve had my brother make deposits for me when I e been to sick to go to the bank and he is not on my account and they will not give him the receipt. They always mail it to me.

I work at a financial…..they definitely do give receipts. They don’t give acct info. Numbers, balances, names etc. but they give you a receipt.

I have no time for anyone who wants hand out daily and cant live within their means. This woman is nothing a free loader and a pro. She was very convincing. She knew what she was doing all along because of how long it was happening. Free hand outs would have continued if there wasnt a stop put to it. It is obvious .... The borrower knew her friend was nothing but a soft touch and used her. She knew her friend felt obligated to lend money since their daughters were so close. So she put her friend on the spot all the time, affecting her friend s finances, where the friend would start to struggle herself. Who can afford to carry 2 households? The free loader couldnt see this? Ahe borrowed paid back and rhen came back and kept it up. it would never stop. The free loader did become a burden to her friend. So she comes to court and plays the victim? Sobs? She wouldnt say l am sorry. I was wrong. Lets be friends and start a new? Nope. Because all users dont see they are users. They play victim.

Cheerleader loan: The Defendant has no excuse. What did she want the Plaintiff to do, bring it up when she ran into her at a restaurant? Nothing that the Plaintiff said was a lie, but the Defendant keeps calling her a liar. Those girls are so sad, yet both mother's are not budging. Sad and irritating af. 1st case: Nobody says, "Shoot me in the face at close range, it's only CO2". What did the Defendant think would happen? Even if by some insane circumstance the Plaintiff did say she "wanted to feel it" (which I doubt), she wouldn't want to have the gun shot AT HER FACE. The Defendant is an idiot. I worry for everyone who has to come into contact with her.
