I’m still grieving over my dad so every time I think about him, I want to cry 😢 but I know my dad wouldn’t want me to cry 😢 n think about him n grieving, I’m the youngest out of 4 so I was daddy’s girl he died a few years ago but it always seems like yesterday, so if I’m not working n since it’s cold ouside I would take some time n put a few puzzles together n it keeps my mind occupied it’s so hard not to think 💭 about him, n that’s ok I b thinking 🤔 about the good times I had with him

My husband passed away 2yrs ago, for six months I didn’t turn on the TV or even get dress to go to church. My grief was overwhelming I longed for the little things he did, I missed touching his feet in bed at night, his voice and the touch of his hands! It was even hard to go to the grocery store during the holidays! Then someone told me their therapist said we experience grief at the level of love we have for a person. I could go on and on about it but I won’t. Just know it gets better with time where you can live with it. But it never goes away it revisits you unexpectedly. Prayer and my faith in God got me through! I will be praying for you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Yes it is. I never lost a husband that way but I am divorced twice. An elderly woman once told me that to loose someone that loved you when they died was far better than someone that left you because they loved someone else. I know they are both such terrible losses.

She will heal in time but the loss is always there. The judge is a human being like the rest of us and she will deal with her loss the best she can. I lost my husband a while back and I stayed at home 🏡 for 6 months trying to get adjusted to my new life as a single woman. I was married to one of the best husband's and we truly loved ❤one another. So, I know what the judge is going through. She should also surround herself with friends and family. Prayers 🙏 going up for her in Jesus name.

You need to take that grief to the gym! He would agree! You are dying and don't know it. When my wife left me; I tell you, that It was the most difficult time of my life. It was unexpected, embarrassing and crushing to say the least; and she took my kids. I was dying; and in a way, I wanted to die. Your husband loved you!! I found that my wife did not love me. I thought we'd be together forever, I couldn't in a million yrs think that we'd ever be apart. God showed me some things! I won't get into them, but I'll just say, the hurt and pain was bad one day; and I couldn't take it, so I remember hitting the kitchen table very hard a few times. The candles fell and a few other things rattled and fell. I was crying, and I got on my knees and all I'll say is that he showed me some things!!!!! I was on a high for a good little wild after that, maybe a few days or a week. I didn't tell anyone, but that high after a while began to fade, and the pain returned. When I started to workout and run on my treadmill, and start seeing a difference, it motivated me, and I started to believe in myself again. With the help of God, I got through it! I didn't forget about everything, but I got over the pain. In three different times, God moved! He showed me things, He did something, and He spoke in my mind!!! I didn't here a strange deep voice, It was my own voice, but I wasn't thinking anything, nor was I talking, He was speaking to my mind with my own voice!! I'll tell this; He said, "just as you want her to call you, and talk to you; that's what I want from you". As He spoke, the feeling of the Holy Spirit was there, that feeling of a good fire burning within. That feeling came 3 times with something He showed me, and something that He did, I wouldn't lie; it was amazing!!! I said, Ive always believed in Him, this didn't help me to believe, it just showed me that hHe was there with me!! I hate to see people in pain, because I can sorta relate. You seem tired. You have alot to live for. That man who loved you would not want you to sit there and be miserable or down. Go to the gym, allow God, through Jesus Christ to guide you! Study His word! You are to love Him more than your husband. That's a tough one, but it's true. Grieve, but don't die; hurt, but look for wellness!! And live, and let the sadness die!!! He wouldn't want you to remember him in sadness, but in Happiness!! Being happy isn't saying that you are getting over him, be happy and always remember the joy and happiness you had with him!! Many women don't have what you seem to have had! Be happy!! I Love You Judge!!!! ❤❤❤

“Working it like a Job.” Words I have lived by for a few decades… sometimes it’s all I can do to get up everyday knowing I am responsible. Responsibility keeps me sane, grounded, keeps me trying to breakthrough. I told my sister the thought of self care makes me exhausted until a pastor told me it was my responsibility… that’s when I felt the fire burning. I work this self care responsibility like I’m getting paid!! I just hope I never run out of responsibilities…

I love Judge Lynn...she has worked hard for many many years and is exhausted. One of the realest people and it will take time for her to adjust to the fact that she doesn't need to work anymore, that's the hardest part. Our jobs wears us out. Kudos to her from one of her biggest fans.
