The idea that knowing the magic words can get you out of jail because the police and court system's powers are illegitimate is mental illness. Even if the police and courts are illegitimate (I certainly think some of the things they do are) it doesn't matter. They have the backing of the US government. They get to decide what the law is. I wouldn't go to Afghanistan with a bottle of whiskey and then claim that me getting arrested is illegitimate. Unfair? Backwards? Sure, but whoever is the strongest in a country gets to decide what the law is. That's just how it works. At least in America, the people have a pretty strong say in what the law is. Just voted in my state to change 2 large laws, and if 60% of people agree with me, those laws will change. That sounds pretty legitimate to me.

Technically yes, but actually no. So generally some judges, especially those not under scrutiny, tend to just say "Eh, whatever, throw this case out. It's not worth my time" basically, and the sovcits take this as a win on the merits of what they're saying, not just winning because the judge is annoyed and doesn't want to bother stretching things out with the risk of facetious appeals. A lot of "audit" channels tout these wins if you want to see why the sovcits seem so emboldened.

The term "Sovereign Citizen" is a Oxymoron as one cannot simultaneously occupy the status of being a "Sovereign" and then at the very same time claim to be a "citizen." Usually the term gets thrown around as an erroneous label to describe someone (who usually doesn't know what the fuk they're talking about either) who has been spending way too much time watching a certain genre of KZbin videos and has misinterpreted (or believed) what they've been watching to the point that they believe they have the ability and mental capacity to take on the state/federal governments and whether they do or don't have any historically legal ground to stand on, actually be victorious against such an entity while battling them upon said enemies home turf, which is in itself ludicrous of course. So you see ANYONE who use the term "Sovereign Citizen" whether it be to describe someone else, or themselves, is an absolute dumbass and has absolutely no clue wtf they're talking about. That the judge, DAVID D. WOLFE, a civil servant who spent many years in law school studying the complex and fair laws made by MANY others who did the same has the patience for this idiot is beyond comprehension! He could have just gotten angry and tossed this guy in a jail cell but rather this goes to show you that the personal power of such an authority is still humble, patient, and caring with the citizens that he encounters in the courtroom. I have very much appreciation for this judge. God bless him!

I love this judge!!! I used to watch his feed a lot, just haven't in a while. But I love how he treats the lawyers, he is always quick to tell stories, give guidance; teach little lessons. He was judge for a mock educational trial (its a must watch). He has a great amount of patients, which must be a must for judges. Of course as seen here he is just great at dealing with all kinds. As far as Australia is concerned there is only one sovereign citizen and that was Queen Elizabeth II as she became in 1972 a sovereign citizen of a State of the European Union while being the sovereign of the United Kingdom and its realms, of which Australia is via clause 2 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 UK. The only "clowns" in Australia are the one's pretending to be Judicial officers unable to create a PROPER court order of course while operating a Star Chamber. US Supreme court cases can be used in Australia, I think you had better take a look at the annotation to the Constitution to confirm that in fact Australian people can use US Supreme court precedents for the purpose of highlighting precedent not yet covered in Australian jurisprudence. Of course the defendant in this case failed to present himself properly but this does show that in fact these arguments are a sign of a desperate population attempting to get back a proper form of governance which has been deteriorating over that past 100 years into the cesspool we are left with today.
