This woman is a nightmare. She was enraged because she was asked to leave Chelsea park at closing time. She hurled insults at the park employee, threw food at her fiancé, walked away from her fiancé, and went out of her way to shove a fragile 87 year old weighing just 100 pounds (Pazienza weighs in at 175). This was not just a stupid thing....this is a woman with significant emotional problems who was a disaster waiting to happen. A Karen on steroids..... 15 years in jail might just change her attitude, but given how she deleted all her social media accounts and internet presence and hid at her parents' and then her aunt's house to avoid capture gives one the strong impression that she feels entitled and above the law. Perhaps 25 years for manslaughter is more fitting.

Barbara was my vocal coach in the early 1980's. She was such a kind and gentle soul and an amazing coach. What a huge loss to the entertainment industry. And what a senseless terrible thing to happen to a truly decent human being! You will be missed Barbara!

With a young person it is simple assault, the elderly it is homicide. I have a friend that works for the court system. Basically: if your family can afford a $5000.00 a day lawyer (THINK: OJ SIMPSON) you will get a REDUCED sentence . Sometimes slightly reduced-- sometimes a FRACTION of the sentence. The reason is that ; the Judges and high profile lawyers are often FRIENDS (play golf together , etc. etc.) At worst; the judge will be humbled and very respectful to the Pro Lawyer dude. So...yeah. Blame the system . 90% judges fault.
