Or that they have no idea because it didn't happen...🤔🤷🏾♀️ I mean, how do you identify someone you never harmed? That's like you anonymously filing a lawsuit against me and saying that I brutally beat you 15 years ago when I was 25 years old. Well, first, I can't remember all the specific details of me being 25, but I know for sure that I didn't beat anyone down. Out of my desire to defend myself against someone who is lying on me, I'd quite naturally want your identity to be revealed... just my take, though. If anonymous person filed a claim against you (that you're claiming is false), wouldn't you want to know who's lying? Don't get me wrong; I don't know if he's innocent or not, but I also don't know if she's truly a victim, so presuming his guilt is crazy. Legally speaking, he's supposed to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, but that's never how it works in these cases. People presume the accuser is truthful despite a repeated history of women making false accusations. The evidence needs to be tried first. Then, and only then should a campaign for the victim's rights commence because we don't know who the victim is at this point.
@tracym6652Сағат бұрын
@anthonydhatton if it's fabricated, then why is Sean Combs in prison for sex trafficking? He's in prison for recent cases. This individual is from the late 90's or early 2000's, so she most likely is coming forward because she feels supported (finally). Hey, I am with you when it comes to women making false rape claims against innocent men, but with everything else going down? This accusation seems on point. Either way, she will reveal her identity soon enough. IMO, she was requesting for her identity to be hidden for her protection in case they put a hit out on her If you have beautiful, young, children....I truly hope no predator comes for them.

But nobody notices there were jumbotrons in NYC and Times Square where she could have watched it from. Not to mention the company who ran the jumbotrons was "Clear Channel Outdoor" (now IHeartMedia). The CEO of MTV became the CEO of this company in 2010. So yeas, MTV are right to say there was no jumbotron on the building. Because there wasn't. But there were others in the area. Who financially benefited from the interview that made her look less credible? Are you suggesting JayZ has no influence on victims, their families, or the media? @rasalghul3963 The court doesn't need anything in order to protect the alleged victim's identity. Insane! It's scary what type of society that we are creating. Anyone can basically accuse anyone, have an inconsistent story, provide no substantial evidence to back up your claim (her father said he doesn’t remember the incident, and the "friend" who allegedly dropped her off at the event is "dead"), and still get to remain anonymous!
@TheRandoGal12 сағат бұрын
it can be revealed to the court, but not to the public. this is NOT crazy. read ALL the court docs. This IS what our legal system is for. Jayz's lawyer is attempting to go after her high profile lawyer in an attempt to scare lesser lawyers from accepting cases. This is very fascinating when you truly understand what is occurring...instead of crying about things because you are misinformed. you can hollar back, but I won't reply because I said what I wanted and moving on🎉

Keep in mind she felt woozy right inebriated one would say. 13 white and nobody noticed that?? C'mon. Store clerk seen she was upset and didn't call police just let her use the phone to call her dad? What kind of man is he not to go back with the police or hospital? Make it make sense. Unless he was her pimping her. You know they do that, that's their history. Stop with the fake outrage. How do you properly defend a claim filed by an anonymous person? If this goes to trial, doesn't the defendant have a right to confront their accuser, and I would assume that countering the argument is largely contingent on having all facts, including the accuser's identity? Now, I will argue that until legal matters conclude, the accuser's identity should not be publicized, but I do believe it's only fair for the defense to know who is accusing the defendant. Also, (and a lot of people aren't going to want to hear this), but I firmly believe that if something is investigated or goes to trial and evidence doesn't support the claims, then the accuser's profile should be entered into a legal database (only accessible to law enforcement and litigators) in the case that the accuser files future claims against other people because very few want to acknowledge this, but there are some people who consistently make false accusations and NOTHING is done to provide justice to the actual victim (the ones falsely accused). This isn't to say that this man is innocent; however, this is to say that people presume those accused to be guilty until proven innocent, and many lives have been destroyed because of this.
