@@KB-nt7eg it's obvious the judge is unable to make rational decisions. So he should be removed ASAP. possibly disbarred, no longer able to practice law. But that's not going to happen so at the least he should be removed from making decisions concerning dangerous criminals. Maybe traffic court. So I guess that would be a beginning of accountability. However hunting them down isn't a bad idea either.

So true they need to have cameras in courtrooms. Because they do be wasting time talking about things that have nothing to do with the law or the case wasting tax dollars. Also they be breaking laws themselves but with their immunity they get away with there wrong doing. While they all cover each others back. Remember they are all paid by the same pot issued by the state. That's why there is so many wrongful convictions.

The Texas constitution mandates that bond SHALL be granted, not may be granted. Judges are not given much room for discretion, similar to how SCOTUS recently ruled on concealed carry permits. I don't know if news outlets are genuinely ignorant about this, or if they are deliberately misleading the public for political purposes, but the reporting on this subject is utterly shameful. This is a legislative issue, not judicial.

So yeah the judge messed up but he wasn't the only one that messed up cuz this dude wouldn't have even got to go up for Bond would he have not been pleaded down on those serious charges first.
