I still find it sad, Tyler( Marshall) had good parents until that monster abducted him and called him his “son” and had a life of abuse with him that affected him so bad he became this obsessive stalker, only in the end he realized he did have a dad who loved him:(

This episode was so well written. In the courtroom after Tyler (Marshall) lashes out for not getting bail the Judge calls him “Son” and listen to the advice he gave him right after. He told him to do some soul searching and “consider how your conduct will appear to the jury.” That’s not advice a Judge would give. He’s telling him advice to beat the trial. That’s advice only a father would give…

Could bad guys just STOP making people suffer? Why must these sickos endlessly harvest agony from the innocent?
@jadestarletia8 ай бұрын
Good question.
@bursegsardaukar7 ай бұрын
Because society allowed them to harm the innocent due to either bureaucracy or misguided sense of human rights (they think criminals have more rights that their victims). Once the damage is done, like a disease, the victims sometimes become criminals themselves.
@Ashbrash199828 күн бұрын
@bursegsardaukar society didn't allow him to do that. Let alone they have to work on people's rights and not be a police state. Let alone that NOBODY can tell the future or read minds. If the child didn't know, and the only person who did said nothing, hiw on earth was anybody else supposed to?
@Ashbrash199828 күн бұрын
@bursegsardaukar imagine believing its society's fault for not being a police state and treating people like animals as a bad thing. And then saying it's their fault by following strict laws that have helped countless victims. Let alone NOBODY is responisble for the actions people take, that relies on one person alone.

judge kochler really seen how he and his lost kid reunited and he did justice his version anyway Warner reveals that the DNA from the stain at the pool house was not from Koehler's son. Koehler also asked Warner to do a DNA test to compare Tyler's DNA to Marshall's DNA from his hair from a baby scrapbook. Koehler reveals that Gregory Brunsen was actually the one that stole Tyler/Marshall from the park, he was not kidnapped and killed by Dotson. Judge Koehler's impetus for asking for Stabler's help was after Koehler suspected the truth as a result of Tyler yelling a phrase in court that Koehler had taught his son as a child. Koehler and his son reunite at the end of the episode when Koehler helps Tyler remember him.
