Why sovereign citizen? Did he represent himself during the trial?

Sovereign citizen? Where? I doubt I’ll be watching this channel again.

I remember this case - it's an interesting pick - but your presentation was a bit choppy (if you want constructive feedback) thanks

The video was interesting enough (even with the awful editing). You didn't have to lie about the contents. Nothing the defendant said or did reflected sovereign citizen ideology.

That same judge gave 558 days for insulting him even if he is the one that started bullying the defendant when the defendant said the word "fuck" about his situation which is protected by free speech

Freedom of speech does not apply across the board, most notably in a courtroom.
@Starteller2 ай бұрын
@@ButcherBird-FW190D Saying the word "fuck" as an expression is not "across the board". Saying the word "fuck" is not a crime. The insult was AFTER the judge went crazy and scorched the defendant for saying the word. 558 DAYS!!!!!!!

@@StartellerThat person was given 558 days for being in *contempt of court* not for swearing at the judge. No, not all speech is protected by the first amendment. The judge did not “go crazy” on that defendant. He also forgave the 558 days less than a week later when the defendant apologized. Grow up!

There is more to free speech than saying whatever you want wherever you are. Decency and common sense have to play a role. If you can't express yourself without cursing or using foul language you should keep your mouth shut or have someone do the talking for you. Here's an idea, go back to school and learn words that have more than 4 letters.
