Why do kids suddenly become important when these folk facing time? They wasn't important during the crime. 🤷🏾♀️

As soon as the mother started talking I could see the problem. I resent single mothers using that as an excuse.

I feel sorry for the Mom who spoke up for her son. Obviously she loves her son and wants the best for him. It must be sad for her to see her son in the criminal life.

This made me realize that if I had gotten in trouble, my mother would not have made such a statement on my behalf. For her it was you reap what you sow. in school and in life. A grown man gettin teary eyed cause he got caught. Did he say he has 7 kids. What a load. These men with no future who cant keep their drawers on... Using a condom is just too much to ask.

I liked the lawyer that made doublely sure his client knew the consequences if he did not follow the rules. The judge had explained it all also but he drove the point home!

The criminal behaviors get imprinted on a young person's mind 😂😂😂😂. Ummmm NO. We adults make choices based on OUR morals NOT what our parents allegedly did.

I think she did him a big favor .. and to be considered of the fact that he has young children and I think that was very admirable of her to consider that he wouldn't want to be in there no 10 years and children won't even know him at all you know they'll still be toddlers and he'll have a chance to raise them so I do appreciate her as a judge and considering that

Do Americans have to pay a lot for medications?
@nnahler6 ай бұрын
Really depends on if you have insurance! One of my prescriptions with my insurance is $12 a month, without insurance the price is $1800!!
@rrrjjj55725 ай бұрын
Also, insurance can be very expensive, and for people with a low income, there is a lot of paperwork and hoops to go through to see if you are eligible for assistance. Healthcare in America is not easy to navigate.

Oh boohoo single mom. Lots of us single moms raised kids who are not career felons and we don't make excuses for our grown up adult children. And that is gold that this guy says he needs no jail time so he can teach his kids right from wrong-- are ya fkg kidding me. LOL SMH.

Is it common in other locations for so much to be going on in the courtroom? So annoying how often judge needs to tell people to be quiet. Here, all that commotion takes place outside the courtroom, in the hall.

She Didn't ASK you to ANSWER Attorney she asked Jacqueline why did do it! Also you're 36 years old and not a teenager, it's stupid then but could have been excuse, but she knows better than ANYONE at that age with 5 kids!

1:05: she asks why he didn't pass his parenting classes: answer: he's not taking his diabetes medications, that's why! Never mess with your metabolism! Its a wonder this man is walking around. And they he said he was drinking lots of water. . . .tooo.......help flush sugars from his body??? Maybe help, but the damage of too much water because it puts a lot of strain on the kidneys. He's probably not seeing a PCP either. There are lots of community outreaches for people like this.

I disagree- she usually goes with the plea bargains - it’s the state that offers jail time. It’s up to the judge to agree with the state on jail time or the attorney for probation.
