बिहार की पुलिस का यही हाल के वजह से पुरा बिहार में पुलिस बदनाम है। सारे पुलिस वाले सिपाही से लेकर एसपी तक का यही हाल है। इनको नौकरी लोगों की सेवा करने के दी जाती है परंतु इनकी हरकत चोरों से भी बदतर है।

पुलिस हर बार ऐसे अत्याचार करती है फिर उसके बाद जज साहब बहस कर लें और कोर्टरूम में डांट लगा लें। पुलिस जानती है कि जांच और रिपोर्ट के नाम पर सालों लगेंगे। यही पुलिस और नेताओं की ताकत है। अगर आम आदमी की तरह इन पुलिस वालों को भी उचित धाराओं में गिरफ्तारी और मुकदमा हो तो ही कुछ सुधार होगा। क्या आम आदमी के इस तरह काम करने पर भी जज साहब इसी तरह पहले सवाल पूछेंगे!
