I keep saying it to anyone who will listen…I can’t imagine what’s happening with young men, young women, older men and women and especiallu children (young adults) that do not have the money and celebrity! @@uneedasims1266 when the defense was goaded into filing for mistrials & having Glansville removed I thought maybe the state is doing this deliberately. Glansville is obviously extremely corrupt & wouldn’t be free for election hearings if he was still busy with this case. It’s because appeals can take years and they’re usually dead ends and are denied based on some rule or filing error. They like appeals because they can screw you over now and never have to deal with the aftermath fro several years and that’s if the appeal doesn’t arbitrarily get thrown out. That’s why you always hear about innocent people being released from jail after being in there for 20 years, because the appeals process is designed to make it as hard as possible to reverse a bad decision.

The new judge is covering for Glanville. She wants the trial to proceed so the defense can take it up on appeal. Just like her other judge friend from Fulton County that allowed Fani to stay on the case of Donald Trump. Even after all of the lies, Fani remained and he passed the buck. She’s doing the same thing. In a way, I don’t blame her, there are a lot of crimes that were committed and to allow them to walk is kind of not the right thing to do. But at the same time, the DAs office is surely surely surely not playing by the rules and doing crooked stuff to win. They are setting people up and hiding information on purpose.

So here's my thoughts on some of the issues I have with this response. 1.) Just because brady and incorrect statements have now been released does not give the defense the ability to object to the violations at the time they were being introduced. So Brady cannot be given after the fact to a satisfactory outcome. Things could have gone differently had the defense been available to correct said mistakes or ask for statements to be elaborated on at the time they were being stated. It is clear that even using her interpretation of the Brady issues, watching a video is the equivalent of telling a kid no dessert after your supper....which is your favorite meal...and you can have seconds. It insulting to the defense, the defendants and the public. Frankly i would have been ashamed to even introduce this it would have been better in my opinion to have done nothing. By making this ruling you are making light of the violation you have admitted to have happened. Might as well have said it was a violation but not a bad one. Just a tiny itty bitty one. Seriously. 2.) the whole no more chances thing is incredibly inappropriate when peoples lives are on the line. These are seasoned prosecutors and at this level of court should know this stuff. negligence of the law is not a defense for a defendant, so why is it a defense for the prosecutors in this matter? As the defense team has said repeatedly how many chances do they get? 1 mistake ok a stern warning. 2 mistakes okay something is going on here. dozens of mistakes its time to sanction and look at removal. If a cop pulls someone over for a DUI and they blow over, you dont let them go with a warning and let them drive home and tell them not to do it again. 3.) I understand a judge is used to having to make decisions and determinations. However interpreting what should be fact based on how YOU would handle something, how you THINK something was meant is not making a decision based on fact but on your feelings and personal experience. That is incorrectly making a decision outside of your power and incredible inappropriate as a judge. I think there are several times where she could have easily gotten more information from witnesses, videos and even the recorded record.

At the end of the day, none of this really matters? Why you ask because at least 5/12 jurors are aware of whats going on, this juror will be the saving grace of this whole entire case, the juror’s knows something is wrong, because Fulton County is playing them (the jurors) for fools, and they’re not gonna like that at all, insulting their intelligence and essentially playing in their face, my prediction is they’re gonna find YSL not guilty on purpose just to spite the prosecution.

Don't care what anyone says, this judge is protecting Glanville clearly which makes her biased! It's not even about a conviction at this moment, think about the consequences if both prosecutor and judge get dismissed from a case, there will be 100's of previously convicted suspects wanting their case reviewed

Kayla and woody caused all this. Kayla should have brought the meeting to this judge at least when she asked for permission to be allowed to record the proceedings. Like it or not a big majority of this is Kayla chasing clout. I mean she answered a lot of her questions just like Woody! She said she wanted to be home in Houston but she’s there everyday at court trying to use it to further her platforms. Money is a powerful drug (the love of). This judge stated today that Glanville is still the chief judge and that alone will imo let you know she probably is speaking with him. This judge played pretty from day one and she confused Woody and knew she would. I hope he still takes the fifth and her explaining it (the fifth) to an informant that is so street smart is just crazy. Ole cackling hen

I don’t think she can make her own rules for wrongdoings as rules of the court are already written as to what is to happen when Brady violation occurs and that doesn’t involve her creating a Brady training class. That motion needs to be challenged.

8:59 I have a problem with it too. 1 because they didn't hear it because love waited until the very last minute of the day. I barely heard it and 2 even if they did know about the one exparte they didn't know about the second. There was probably one on Thursday eve to have the immunity order signed so 3 secret meetings. Thats why the judge was so pissed and wanted the name because he didn't know what meeting Brian Steele found out about. Imo

This judge is giving every single benefit of a doubt in favor of the state while simultaneously implying that a defendants rights can only be violated if there crystal clear evidence of malicious intent by the state. As long as the prosecutors say it was a mistake that they've repeatedly made to your detriment even after repeated warnings that they’re sorry and that they finally complied with the law after being caught it’s all remedied.

Whitaker is there to try and make it look like the court is not being biased by her little conflicts with the state and miss Love but she s really doing the same thing as Glanville, Woody asked one question on the stand, “ how long can they hold me for@ witch showed coercion by the state. Whitaker ignored it

The judge is playing the coward's game. She may (perhaps) not be as partial and biased as Glanvile, however, I believe that no matter how severe anything bad has happened in the trial until now, she absolutely will not dismiss the case or prosecutors. That's even if it's discovered Love and Glanvile were having hundreds Fanny and Wade style ex-parte "meetings" and caught on tape conspiring to deny every imaginable rights of the defendants. Whether she would dismiss based on future bad behavior by the prosecutors is unknown, but I'm doubtful of that.

I do not agree with this order and the intent of the state being inferred by the judge as not wrong. It was wrong. Just because she is the Judge does not mean she is right. The Prosecutors have screwed this trial up, right and left! The whole judicial system in Fulton County is BROKEN! I was confused about the example the judge gave. Sounds like a set up to me! I don't think the dinner Willis, Glanville, Love and Whitaker had and Glanville stated on someone's channel that they were going to be okay. Agreeing at dinner, in a meeting and deciding what the plan was, is wrong! For one they shouldn't be meeting during a trial!

0....so much for fairness...I feel like Mr. Weinstein, giving the benefit of the doubt and pleading her case that she was trying to be thorough and take her time to get it right Boy do I feel stupid. No, she was dragging her feet just to be Glanville #2 in the same shit show circus that I have to keep watching because I never knew anyone could be railroaded in such a fashion with America standing by to watch. By the time this is over the judge can look at the defense and say go home guys time already served.
