Im mad no one thanked Jerry’s grandson Richard, thank you for your mini cars Richard😌

I should think his granddad thanked hm,being that that’s who borrowed them. Why should the plaintiff and defendant thank him?

Always drive with insurance!!! ✅ In most courts the defendant would be responsible 100% because of that principle alone. If you have insurance then your 3 insurance companies can fight it out! 👍

2nd case the defendant really is a nut! Relationship over? Give it back! Buy your own ring! Plus have you ever heard of depreciation values? It's not worth now what he paid for it but glad it worked out well for defendant!

Its clear the woman with the ring clearly wanted to get married with the guy and also thought because he wanted to get married so fast that he was one of those pushover suckers who couldn't get a woman to save his life but clearly had money and a good quality of life........vastly underestimated him though when she realized that he in fact was a ladies man and as serious one at that so she is just scornful that she couldn't marry him and also be his one and only master, which is why she is keeping the ring cause to her its a symbol at least to the people that know her and meet her later on that she eventually was chosen by a man and was at least ALMOST married, as pathetic as that sounds LOL If that man really wants her back, she would get back with him in a hot second.

That's what's wrong with this world today. No matter what it is that's going on certain people want to make it about racism. Point blank if her son had insurance on the car they wouldn't have ended up in court. She would have been suing him if he didn't have car insurance also.
@90reasons3 жыл бұрын
Plaintiff in the 1st was weird, talking about it wasn’t your fault to the defendant but then wants to sue him for the whole car damage when he only hit the back of him. Should be suing the women in the front. He weird you can tell he just wanted to target the defendant. 😒

I'm glad the mom made it a point to mention that it was all 3 drivers faults. Glad she didn't excuse her son from that. I believe the guy suing hit the car in front of him before the guy behind him rear ended him.

The first car caused the whole accident she should be at fault
@freyablackthorn22782 жыл бұрын
That's BS with the first case, i was involved in a car accident myself before, we where in a queue of traffic, the car in front of us was stopped and so were we, a car then smashed into the back of us (witnesses said they didn't even see there brake lights come on with the 3rd car and that she was busy doing her makeup) the car I was in as a passenger suffered a lot of damage to the front and the back, so for Jerry to say that him driving into the back of the 2nd car couldn't of caused that much damage to the front of the car is BS! Plus he should of had insurance. Also, the race card was pathetic, if that would have been the other way around with a white woman saying that about a black man at her door she'd be labelled a racist, racism works both ways. Not to mention the defendant tried to lie in court by saying that his mother was in the car at the time of the accident.
